Job Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Identification and Assessment: Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, screening for potential projects.
- Due Diligence and Project Initiation: Conduct due diligence on projects and drive project initiation.
- Investment Due Diligence and Feasibility Analysis: Carry out due diligence and investment feasibility analysis.
- Investment Execution and Negotiation: Participate in investment execution and project negotiations, facilitate project closing, and manage post-investment and exit strategies.
- Exit Strategy Planning and Implementation: Plan and implement exit strategies for projects.
Recruitment Requirements:
- Educational Background and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above with a background in medicine, biomedicine, medical devices, or the broader health sector, and over 5 years of investment experience in these fields.
- Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with investment due diligence, feasibility study analysis, investment project management, and a thorough understanding of relevant national industry policies.
- Professional Qualifications: Possession of fund or securities qualifications is preferred.
