The team of Cybernaut Growth Fund, the predecessor of Saize Capital, with a size of USD 250 million, invested in a series of classic cases from 2005 to 2012, including Spreadtrum Technology, Spotlight Technology, Lianlian Technology, WeDoctor, etc. In order to adapt to the booming of RMB funds in China after 2008, the core members of the team, Mr. Fang and Mr. Zhu, established Saize Capital in Zhejiang, China in 2015, and at the same time established Saize's first RMB fund, Sairun Fund, with a size of RMB 700 million.
