Before joining Saize Capital, Mr. Tao was the director of Beijing Hongshi Investment Management Co., Ltd. and invested in more than ten companies including Kaifeng Pharmaceutical Group and Shanghai Boom Technology, covering the fields of military industry, TMT and pharmaceutical and medical. Prior to focusing on investment business, Mr. Tao served China Mobile Communications Group for a long time, working in the group headquarters, provincial companies, Pakistan companies, and the U.S. Representative Office (Los Angeles), organizing the planning and construction of dozens of major engineering projects and completing a total fixed asset investment of nearly 10 billion RMB. In addition, Mr. Tao has represented China Mobile in many international conferences such as the World Economic Forum Industry Chapter and the annual meeting of the American Communication Association, and is familiar with the overseas communication and IT industry. Mr. Tao graduated from Zhengzhou University with an Executive MBA in 2001.
