Mr. Liu worked for Morgan Stanley HK before joining Saize Capital, mainly responsible for the acquisition of non-performing assets of Guangfa Bank and the cooperation with China Development Bank and China Merchants Bank to carry out comprehensive financial business of investment, loan and debt issuance; such as the internal and external loan of Sany Heavy Industry, the restructuring of Yunnan Geomining, and the establishment of SME loan platforms in Yunnan and Hunan provinces. He has led the IPO or restructuring of 7 companies including TangRenShen, Yunnan City Investment, Shanhe Intelligence, etc. He joined Deutsche Bank in 1998 and served for 8 years, mainly engaged in investment strategy analysis and participated in IPO and post-IPO refinancing of dozens of companies, such as Nokia, Okotor, Lucent Technologies, Waterfall, Climbing, etc. Mr. Liu received his Bachelor's degree from the China University of Science and Technology in 1990 and his PhD in Computer Finance from the University Of Illinois at Ubana-Champaign in 1996.
