Prior to joining Venture Capital in 2016, Mr. Pan served as the Director of Programs and Technical Support at UT Starcom (China), where he was certified as a PMP and a 6 Sigma Black Belt. Later, he co-founded several companies in the fields of communication, Internet of Things and chip, and accumulated a lot of experience in entrepreneurship and innovation and project operation. During his service in Saize Capital, he has been the person in charge of risk control for several funds (Sairun, Saiyuan, etc.) of Saize Capital. He is good at risk control and internal control process design of investee enterprises. Mr. Pan graduated from Guilin University of Electronic Technology in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in communication engineering.
